All content, including but not limited to data, text, and designs, available on beetleden.com is the intellectual property of the Platform or our partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data you provide to the platform, including agent configurations, skill definitions, and conversation data. However, by using the service, you grant beetleden.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and process your provided data for the purpose of delivering the agent infrastructure services.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is detailed on our Platform and may change from time to time. The current plan is $19/month per agent, which includes all platform features, 15+ chat channel integrations, hundreds of built-in skills, and priority support.

All payments are processed securely. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the agent infrastructure services have been provisioned. If there is an issue with your purchase or the quality of the service, please contact our support team within 7 days, and we will address your concerns on a case-by-case basis.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use our services for any unlawful purposes.
Deploy agents that produce abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise harmful content.
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the Platform or its security measures.
Use agents to circumvent rate limits, security policies, or terms of service of connected third-party platforms.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability for all agent deployments. However:

Agent runtimes may experience brief interruptions during maintenance windows.
Performance may vary depending on the AI model provider and connected channels.
We monitor agent health continuously and automatically pause activity if anomalies are detected.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice or liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide high-quality managed AI agent infrastructure; however, beetleden.com is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from:

The inaccuracy or incompleteness of any data or output generated by AI agents.
Unavailability of the service due to maintenance, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control.
Actions taken by agents on connected platforms that violate those platforms' terms of service.

In no event shall beetleden.com or its employees, partners, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
